By entering the GO Awards, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions

  1. For the purposes of these rules, the Event Organiser is BiP Solutions Ltd
  2. Entries must be submitted onto the GO Awards platform by no later than 5pm on the deadline date (or deadline extension date where this is communicated by the Event Organiser). No other means of submitting an entry will be accepted.
  3. Any entries submitted after the published deadline cannot be guaranteed to be accepted. Should there be extenuating circumstances affecting your ability to submit an entry by the deadline, you should contact the Event Organiser in writing, in advance of the deadline date
  4. All entries must be uploaded in the specification stated in the GO Awards platform.
  5. Entries can be amended once submitted up until the deadline or deadline extension date. Entries thereafter cannot be altered but can be removed from the judging process if a request to do so if received in writing, via email to the Event Organiser.
  6. It is the responsibility of the person entering a submission into the Awards to ensure that it does not contain any information or other content that could be considered inappropriate or damaging to any individual or organisation. The Event Organiser is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect and howsoever caused, as a consequence of the content contained within an Awards submission.
  7. The Event Organiser will assume that you have permission to enter the Awards on behalf of your organisation. Should this not be the case then such permission should be sought.
  8. The Event Organiser reserves the right to reallocate entries to a category it deems more appropriate to the content or nature of that submission. Should this be the case, the Event Organiser will contact the nominated person detailed within the submission to discuss the possible re-allocation in advance. It will be at the discretion of the organisation entering the Awards as to whether they are content for their submission to be re-allocated. Where re-allocation is agreed, the entrant may be required to update their submission to reflect the questions related to that category. There will be a maximum time limit of two working days to make such changes. Where re-allocation is not agreed, the Event Organiser reserves the right to exclude the entry from the category into which it was entered.
  9. Should an individual Award category receive insufficient entries to be viable (typically less than three) the Event Organiser reserves the right to re-allocate entries to other categories it deems suitable, in line with the approach outlined in point (6) above.
  10. The judging panel reserve the right to disqualify an entry if it does not meet with the Event Rules.
  11. The judging panel will use best endeavors, fairness and transparency to critically evaluate and appraise each submission entered into the Awards. The judging panel’s decision is final. Any communication regarding a decision of the judging panel should be sent to the Event Organiser in writing, including via email. While the Event Organiser will endeavor to provide feedback regarding its decisions it reserves the right to consider any communication issued as a full and final response.
  12. By entering the Awards, you are giving the event organiser permission to promote your organisation’s involvement in all pre and post event promotional activity concerning the Awards. This includes use of all branding, images and content associated with the Award, apart from anything that has been marked as confidential or sensitive.
  13. The Event Organiser cannot enter into discussion about an entry with anyone other than the person responsible for submitting the entry without prior written
  14. All finalists should be prepared to attend the Awards ceremony in person
